Despite the lack respect shown from employers my fellow employees still show up on time, ready to work. Even though we have talked about being undercut. but the boss every costumer still has the same tropical smoothie experience.

I was never interviewed, i filled out an application and was asked to come back the next day. That day i started as employee, never got proper training. I do not blame the current manager though because were probably just as clueless as us and needed to hire people before he/she left

The right compesation and guidance. We get no tips, dont get paid correctly, did not get trained and are expected to run a store.. when one employee asked for tips he said "i give you $1"- not an hour just as "tips" the MANAGER is still making 10/hr despite her new position and responsibilities.

the costumers can see all of the broken equitment and the lack of blanders. Only 2 people can be on the clock at a time, so when we get a rush of food and smoothie orders and work around broken blenders & fridges. Also, food certification is expired and no process for throwing out expired food.
