What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been a shift lead for over a year and i have disabilies that cause me to be different than other shift leads and i feel like i get blamed and yelled at by the assistant manager and GM when i do things that i unfortunately cant control so i cant say i like anything the leadership team does.

Well I am part of the leadership team being a shift lead, and we do a great job at communicating issues, and resolve them quickly. Again; j really enjoy working with the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leaders need to learn how to do their job right. Managers at TSC disregard employees' livelihoods and higher-ups clearly do little to help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe with how hard myself, and other shift leads work that we should be paid more. We are currently only making $15 an hour in California. I believe $17, or $18 an hour is more than fair. We work extremely hard to make every customers experience memorable. We take care of the cafe, and run it.

no benefits at all. I was forced to take my daily break almost as soon as I came into work every day because the manager and everyone else wanted to take their lunch later even though I had JUST gotten there.

Managers are terrible, but fellow employees are decent people. We work together effectively, even when there are big rushes with no warning. My coworkers were nice and would perform what they needed to do while still being friendly.

Well our boss at the location is extremely caring, and nice. You can tell she wants the best for her employees, but can't afford to raise our wages. I understand to an extent, but we work very hard to keep the place running. Other than that, it's just a wonderful environment to work in.

i got lied to, i was told I was going to be paid more, that the environemnt was like a family which it is not and that the owner actually works. I hardly ever see him.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They should start calling applicants back or communicating in general. I only got an interview because my friend worked there and told the manager directly to call me. I had applied 5 weeks prior to actually getting any response

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
our managers/owners could give us our tips or atleast tell us where all that money goes! one morning they made 125 in tips and there was only 5 people working including the managers, thats 25 each person!
