Not having problems with my managers, and having people I can count on

They are understanding to many situations and always finds way to reward the staff.

It was outside and the manager was really easy to talk to, and it was pretty quick

I would definitely say just the way everyone understands each other and how we can work in a good comfortable pace that can get us done quickly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all nice and easy to work with, if you are too stressed or backed up there is always someone who you can call on for help.
