What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay rate and getting a raise after my probationary period as well as every year employees receive a raise in September.

I am not told that I do a good job even though I feel I go above and beyond what is requested

It was fast, the questions were easy to understand and answer, it wasn’t any overbearing questions that you really had to think about and they were straight forward questions. The interviewer was very nice and smiled a lot and it put me in a good mood and made me feel confident about working

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees are not held accountable for their actions in regards to safety, treating each other with respect, working while on the clock and not listening to music with AirPods in their ears while working on the line and standing around with feet on the wall or holding box cutters to peoples skin.
