It started out amazing but management in the store is not professional

Actually working while on the clock and not on the phones and playing around or possibly destroying company property

I am not told that I do a good job even though I feel I go above and beyond what is requested

Employees are not held accountable for their actions in regards to safety, treating each other with respect, working while on the clock and not listening to music with AirPods in their ears while working on the line and standing around with feet on the wall or holding box cutters to peoples skin.
