I feel highly negative undervalued by the owner. Everyone else is an incredible employee, but Paul Rhodes is a horrible person. He should never be allowed to run a store, especially one in such a great company. He is the reason for the failing business. Nothing else.

If Paul Rhodes was removed from the company, and replaced by a young, fun, and experienced individual. Someone who treats everyone equally, and who is willing to pay people truthfully for their experience and their hard work. Someone who is both a good leader and friend.
