My experience was good with my old store manager but now that they have brought in managers from another location temporarily everything has gone completely downhill.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing is positive, the managers don’t care
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was super fast and efficient and the old manager was very kind and courteous and flexible with scheduling
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’ve been working at Tropical Smoothie for almost a year and it’s been fine until lately with new management who’s hiring family members and friends
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nothing, I only like my coworkers who are the around the same age as me. The store managers, district managers, and Vice Presidents don’t care about their employees and would rather fire them when they speak up about the misconduct
