Sadly for a large company there is no structure for consistency. These 2 locations in center of Las Vegas is in need of extreme corporate assistanst. Leadership is not responsible for teams. Lack of management and unfair treatment. Ratio issues create high patient safety concerns.

I lack no good things to say. Extremely poor management. No service excellence being performed. I highly suggest corporate do pop up visit. More so to site that are the lowest end of all reports for facikity performance
