There have been many bumps in the road due to this job (especially management) being the hardest thing I've probably ever done which has taxed me physically and emotionally at times. Worthit

The management team for the Powerhouse division is great. Plain and simple. They feel like a real team, something like a sports team. They are reliable most importantly and I know I can count on them.

Being respected. Something I've noticed recently that regardless of where you are or what you are doing, people make you feel like you are worth something greater, even if you are struggling in life. That is very powerful.

Having things like team meetings and going to conferences. Getting the opportunity to mingle with other managers and being able to experience similar things for the first time with people your age is impactful, especially in the growth heavy environment Vector provides.

Honestly I'm not exactly sure yet. I feel like its probably the trips like our annual yacht night being covered could be something to start with but I feel like I haven't been around long enough yet to feel the true compensation of this position just yet.
