I would prefer that we don't have to pay for trips that we are forced to take. Was told I would make unrealistic amounts of money

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I do feel that I have few examples of success in my division. It is difficult to believe you can attain quantum leaps of success when only your Division Manager is the one doing it.

My coworkers are not well educated in and don't have experience in the department we work in. They are here because they've simply been working for our company for several years. I believe if we brought outside hires into our department the quality of work would increase significantly.
