This has been the hardest I've ever had to do in my life, but the people in the company made it easy to maneuver around any obstacle that comes up. I love that it pushes me to become the best version of myself for me and those around me - personally and professionally.

As an employee, there was a race to hit my salary ceiling. Once I was there, pay-raises have stopped (with the exception of cost-of-living adjustments. Granted, compensation isn't only about money. My schedule is super flexible and I'm forever grateful for that.

My coworkers are not well educated in and don't have experience in the department we work in. They are here because they've simply been working for our company for several years. I believe if we brought outside hires into our department the quality of work would increase significantly.
