Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

You don't stay at a company for 19 years without some deep conviction in the vision and how you contribute to bringing that to fruition.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Simple but meaningful. They care.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We believe in a growing person helps grow people.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I'm a person, not a number. My work matters - it helps people.

What makes you most happy at work?

Each day brings a new challenge and opportunity to learn from that challenge.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team enjoys what they do. You can feel that in our everyday interactions.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Coworker interactions don't ever feel "stiff", like a traditional "corporate" job is made out to be. We can laugh in the same meeting as we get work done.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership casts a big vision of what the future could look like. It's empowering knowing that what you do with that vision is on you. You play a part. You matter.

What makes you most happy at work?

I'm happy when I'm challenged and curious. Curious in the way I view work. And challenged in getting into the weeds to figure out how to solve a problem that ultimately helps people.

What makes you most happy at work?

Permission to try new things bring me joy. Within that, you must learn to pause and look backwards before looking forward. It's not always about chasing the shiny object but rather to take risks while learning from the past.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

When you see a person who you helped become a better version of themselves, that brings meaning to what you're doing. It's not just about collecting a paycheck. It's about positively influencing the next generation of leaders in our country.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'd like to know what my pay bracket is and a clear path towards what's next in terms of compensation and responsibility. The promise of "do your best and some day you'll get rewarded" only retains employees for so long.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As an employee, there was a race to hit my salary ceiling. Once I was there, pay-raises have stopped (with the exception of cost-of-living adjustments. Granted, compensation isn't only about money. My schedule is super flexible and I'm forever grateful for that.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The best thing about my team is that they understand in the concept of being paid in two ways - what you learn and what you earn. The more you learn and apply that, the more valuable you'll be to any organization in the future.
