Caring about what really matters in the company. Ex: customers, employees. Leadership is focused on themselves only. They also could be more driven. I know people at the bottom of the totem pole with much more passion than the executives.

I feel unheard and unrecognized as a parent that should be understood as a company wanting to make their employees happy, considering it's been said to be a company based on understanding employees needs.

It feels like a misalignment in company values when an employee takes an opportunity to increase personal and professional growth by learning a different part of the business, and they are denied cost of living adjustments because compensation remained the same. This doesn't put people first.

Unfortunately my boss just hires any old person that comes along. If the new people were actually trained my job would be easier/what it is supposed to be. The new people are consistently underperforming with little or no ramifications. On the other hand I get talked to for messing up 1% of my work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
care about lower level employee's input (especially if they have been around over a few years). Instead of hearing a concern and management brushing it off, realize that their jobs expose them to things that need addressed you might not realize.

If management/leadership sees or becomes aware of a problem they need to address is quickly/as quickly as reasonable. Instead of saying " oh we know about it" and letting it be.

The environment is very negative, management does not care to hear how we feel. The teamwork is lacking. Overall moral of the environment is negative

We need better pay for the amount of tasks we do. We aren't paid enough for how hard we work.

Cutco/vector says they're there for the employees to grow but that is not true. Someone should not be bored at work for 3 years straight. If management could give a challenge or alternate work task sometimes that would make work better.
