What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make sure there is a safe space and time for handling personal matters regardless of tenure, vacation accrual, etc.

thier constant communication, one on one and as a group - they tell us often how much we are appreciated and they show it as well financially - they reassure the employees of how important we all are in the businesses success.

Everyone is always willing to lend an ear to personal and business related matters. These things matter to my team.
