I feel a tad underpaid, but not undervalued. I do love the benefits I receive however, I know the company could pay us more for what we do. We save the company a LOT of money by doing a lot of work ourselves, whereas before we would outsource, which costs a lot more.

However, I do feel that if I was paid a bit more fairly, especially since I am more valuable now than I was the past two years, I would be a lot less stressed, personally.
