My District manager team is like my family. There's a lot of talented, motivated, driven, and hard working DMs. We all have very unique strengths and I feel like we do a good job (most of the time) of partnering with and utilizing each others' unique skills and strengths.

Its easy, at times, to feel undervalued by management (DVM/RM) when your sales results do not reflect your effort/work ethic. When your income and the time they invest into you feels dictated by your sales results. Sales are not always the measurement of work ethic, but thats an impression given off
