other companies have the same role for more base pay. Grainger while in an attempt to be competitive offered a raise of 10 cents. In this role they do not allow negotiations in pay.

We are treated as just another number and metrics are far too important to the higher up. Treat us more like we matter and maybe there wouldn’t be such a high fall out rate.

Your salary is technically fair per your job title and the industry/market range, but WWG makes you do a lot of work above your pay grade for a long time before giving you the commensurate promotion and raise to accompany it. For me, it was over a year!
