there has been crappy management for the longest time, really bad benefits, extortion of the employees, rejected vacations so often crappy pay raises and bad work environment.

Lack of communication with team leads, causes chaos for those of us that come in to do our job. we often feel anxious about dealing with personality clashes and it takes our focus away from our job because we get caught in the storm. It's unprofessional.

They do not show any compassion for the workers, they deny your request for PTO and sometimes they ignore the request you put in for PPTO and still give you a half of point. Also they never like to encourage others on the team for a promotion you would have to leave in order to receive it at another

making Walmart a place people aren't always trying to look for a way out. The training for new people is subpar and your rarely feel supported. The only feedback you get is negative. When team leads are in a bad mood, it causes us all to be thrown off our game. It's like a twisted version of H.S

I feel undervalued due to the fact they don't place people in areas most suited for them based on past work history. Or when we have a completely legitimate concern, it's brushed to the side. It frustrating & insulting. on the FL. we deal with the people and suggest ways to make things run better.
