My last team I was one were helpful,didnt talk much and maybe better on computers than I was,If I had questions they may help, alot of them were self centered, it may be due to the work we did in sales, but only experienced that on my last team i was on.

The eNPS is so low that negativity is rampant and unionization would be an extreme benefit in the company. However, work avoidance is also prevalent because of policy confusion, reduced training, and conflicting information across leadership. I wouldn’t say it’s an L1 solution nee

I think people fit into the Wayfair people factory quite well. It's just a dull factory with dull jobs for dull people.

Here at CA1 Perris the coworker are not the issue. The issue is managers and directors. Using the meetings to insult and condescend people instead of discussing production and building a safe culture.
