West Elm – The level of incompetence in Customer Service, Ordering, Delivery/Logistics, Communication, is incredible. After 2 months 6 hours on the phone,a dozen phone calls, chat, and emails trying to cancel the order was left outdoors in an apartment complex and leadership cannot find a solution, incredible!
