Some managers can make the culture positive and some will make you want to call out for the day so you don't have to work with them

The team...most everyone works hard and shares fun stories about they're lives.

It is nice when my scheduling manager doesnt complain.

The employees and office setting

Its very relaxed and casual

Sustainability/eco conscious manufacturing, diversity and commitment to equity action plans

It's all positive and I never feel negativity even when redirected

I suppose the discount. The culture and soul of the company is dead.

We focus alot of marketing about how responsible the company is when store level associates are living pay check to paycheck for w multi million dollar company.
