I'm currently working for the Kent Team in Washington state. It has been a great experience. Our district manager is an extremely hard worker and sets the team up for success. We have a great culture and there is always sour apples but the energy is always focused and welcoming. Great place to work.

They are humble enough to ask questions when they don't know something. Our district manager is always on call for anything that arises. They are always willing to train on site to increase productivity, great rapport with the store management and create a welcoming culture. I look forward to work.

The first phone interview to see if your a good fit starts you off. They were very good at explaining what to expect. Training and Orientation was efficient and set me up for success for the first job. Keisha trained me well and I wasn't blindsided by anything. Very thorough.

ASET is a great program that let's you move up in pay from the very start of employment. Being able to advance is one reason I'm sticking with the company and transferring to the South. ASET to Flow Lead to Supervisor and beyond. Each step is more complicated but the pay involved matches the work.

Our team has created a sort of family dynamic. The GSD Crew (getshitdonecrew) consists of all of us in the Kent team. We have people who have been here 5+years and we are always getting new people as well which we welcome. Breaks is when we bond the most. When a team bonds, they do better.
