Great experience. A company trying to do its best by the customer and its employees. They are very open to new ideas and big on keeping employees informed of changes. Overall, a very open and approachable Executive team.

Everyone is keen to get involved and have punched above their weight in terms of their workload - until more recently when more people have been added to the department.

Executive are always looking for new ways/policies to benefit employees. The other thing, is we like to have fun (one of our company values) and don't take things too seriously.

Very forward thinking leadership team. Always coming up with new ideas to make life better for employees and offer benefits. Also a very, very approachable Executive. Not unusual to see the CEO having a game of table tennis with one of the employees.

There are so many amazing benefits to working at simPRO, but the Flex4 Work Week is probably the best and the one that is the hardest to put a true value on. Working 4 days but being paid for 5 days, is a dream come true.
