benefits are not great here and pay is right on edge of being below market the people, product and opportunity is great

I was hired at a time when salaries were lower and I wasn't hired at a people manager range. That said, my role evolved into a people manager and my compensation wasn't adjusted accordingly. It is disheartening to see new employees hired at significantly higher compensation.

What did you like most about the interview process?
There was plenty of opportunity to interact with people from the different teams. I am a member of the marketing team, but there are a lot of smaller teams within it. So, getting a chance to interact with each of these smaller teams gave me a great idea of how I would fit in before even joining.
