We have a smart leadership team and I think they are doing their best but we need to quickly make some adjustments to retain people. Our benefits are very costly and our stock plan is not great - people have very little stock and don't feel they are "in it" so it's easier for them to look to leave.

Salary is good, medical bensfits in US are far too expensive

There is no shortage of work to do, so it is never boring

I think we have a lot of smart people here who treat one another with respect

Our pay is fine but our stock plan is really poor and our medical benefits are incredibly expensive.

I appreciate that my CMO is honest and direct. I appreciate that my CEO seems invested the success of our team and the org. I appreciate that the C-level execs are accessible to all of us.
