Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Overall I have had a great experience at Simpro. We went through leadership changes at the beginning of the year but things seem to have settled down and people are transitioning with the changes. being made. The company seems to be on the right path to success.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are supportive, fun and easy-going.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was quick..I had 2 interviews and a job offer within a week.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The compensation package includes work/life balance benefits, we have a great RTO benefit and our leaders promote flexibility in our schedules.

The benefits package is tailored to the individual. The team is constantly looking at the benefits to ensure it is a well-rounded package they are offering.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The team is guided by a set of values and ideals. All the employees uphold these values which makes for a great, supportive and fun team.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I got to interview with the people I would have the most interaction with. It was a fast process - 1.5 weeks. Follow up was excellent.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our leadership team is very straightforward and leads with an open door policy. They communicate their vision and strategy on how to achieve it. There is no gray area.

What makes you most happy at work?

My job is ever changing. I like the pace and the different interactions I get to have. I love the team I am on and my manager trusts me to work indepently but is there when I have questions.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love the work I do. I get to be involved in alot of projects. As a result, I learn something new each day. My days differ so I don't get mired down doing the same thing over and over.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is open and honest and always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. They reach out to just check on each other and make sure they share info relevant to each of us to help perform our jobs better and more effectively.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

We have added many new leaders to our executive team since the beginning of the year. I feel that all additions have been positive changes. They are committed to leading the company very transparently, we understand their goals and what they are doing to achieve them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Now that our leadership team is in place, I feel the morale of the entire company is more positive. They are putting processes and goals in place that help each of us grow and develop in our positions. I can tell that they are not only committed to helping Simpro grow but the employees as well.
