Overall, the compensation and benefits are very fair. The best part is the 4-Day flex schedule. Hard to complain about compensation when the company I work for pays me fairly and gives me an extra day each week to tackle anything unexpected that comes up.

The leadership of the company is extremely supportive of the employees. You can't create an exceptional work environment without buy-in from the top and it seems like they are ALL-IN on culture. We have a global team too, so creating this type of environment is no easy task but it's been a big win!
