Asking for consistency when all they do is change process, managers, pricing and how to sell the system

Consistent messaging - messaging and alignment is hard enough to get with differing time zones let alone a message being changed across platforms, days, being told one thing reading another.

The average Base and compensation are on the low end for my position in today's job market in my location.
