What is the best part about your compensation package?
a 4 day work week

The salary is outcome based and not necessarily time based. We get to work as little as 4 days a week (if we can complete all of our duties in that time)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although I am very grateful for Simpro I do feel as if I should be making more money. Especially with 8+ years of experience and Inflation.

Alrhough i am not upset with my salary i do geel as if it should be more. We live in on of the most expensve citys in the country. I am very grateful for simpro but i took a pay cut to join

I feel like simPRO needs to up their game compensation wise to come in line with other businesses. 4 day weeks is awesome, but if the pay check is 30-40K less than other places, that 1 extra day off doesn't make much of a difference

theres a lot of transparency between the teams and different arms of the business, so any team's updates are easily visibile to everyone else seeing one of our offices celebrate a cultural public holiday in another country is great
