simPRO used to feel more like a family, I feel like now with all of the investors and acquisitions, it isn't like that anymore. The execs used to come around and talk to you, see how your day was, now you hardly see them at all. I feel like they are more interested in money than their employees.

I feel like simPRO needs to up their game compensation wise to come in line with other businesses. 4 day weeks is awesome, but if the pay check is 30-40K less than other places, that 1 extra day off doesn't make much of a difference
