I've worked here since December, I was welcomed so warmly and I feel like I belong. The training is great, the people are so warm and friendly, I've never looked back. My job is challenging and I'm never bored. The opportunities for progression are great. I'm very happy to be part of the Team.

Mostly my team and actually doing my job, some of the customers are nice.

The people, my team, the fact that my job daily challenges me and pushes me. I think I would be bored if I weren't challenged, but I am constantly challenged.

They are a great mix of talent and personalities, they have great knowledge and I know I can go to them anytime with a question. That is true of the wider team too I dont think there is anyone I would hesitate to approach.

They seem really invested in the product, the development of the product to make it the best it can be for the end user. They listen and take on board feedback. They have implemented a flex 4 trial which is simply wonderful and life changing.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
As a UK resident inflation is extremely high and the pay is something which makes life tricky. I have only just passed probation so my pay will not be reviewed for a year. That will be a long year. But I am grateful that I work from home so do not need to but petrol so can withstand that.
Thanks for your feedback. simPRO understands the pressure everyone is under at the moment. We hope that in some way, the recent inflationary pay increase as part of the “Do the Right Thing” benefits package, has taken some pressure off.
