that i feel respected in my position and I'm not being torn into or beaten down every day. There is no sense of paranoia as with previous roles and we fully support each other. Ping pong and a beer on a friday is also a big thumbs up!

its a totally open line of communication that everyone is involved in. They give everyone their chance to raise and consider points and make lots of decisions based on the wellbeing of their staff. Its a totally refreshing and forward thinking organisation that's exciting to be a part of

that I get 100% of the pay for doing 80% of the hours. It gives me more time to spend with my family and on my hobbies also. My blood pressure is healthy since working here as i have time to fully relax when away from work. The vivacity healthcare will be invaluable when needed also

there is a general ethos of have fun whilst you are at work and the blend of that with being a professional is really nice and its not stuffy or outdated. Literally everyone is willing to help out and you can sit with any team to shadow and find out what they do to build relationships with no fuss
