I currently work for Hotel Indigo Harrisburg Hershey. We have been without a management team since we reopened after lockdown and Areya Management has been dragging their feet to find one. Business has picked up for the summer and we are short-staffed and Areya can only complain about overtime.

We feel safe around each other, I think. We can open up and vent with one another.

Areya Management needs to get it together and help out rather than taking vacations, demanding the bar and pool be open for a friend's wedding coming in, or comping their personal baby shower while, again, we are still understaffed without a management team.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I am the night auditor, and I work alone. No shuttle driver. No security. I have to leave the desk to pick up and drop off flight crews, and am often greeted with irate guests when I return. When I email Areya my concerns they do not respond.
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
Our current Interim General Manager was originally the Director of Sales, she had all the jobs of the management team thrust upon her upon the Indigo reopening. Two months ago she told Areya she didn't want to be the Interim GM anymore, but they couldn't seem to care less.
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
Considering the four full-time people who opened the hotel back up are pretty much there because if anyone left they'd feel terrible for leaving the others to fill in the gap, I love the conviction of my coworkers, and I feel terrible that we've all had to go through this.
