communication and need manager training, managers need to seperate friendship from work between employees and guest alike. this is a big problem at this hotel and stop hiring illegal people that work off the book 7 days a week and pay no taxes and are not in the system for payroll.

Being knowledgeable for their employees

Being CLEAR about the role of each team member/department, hiring and training COMPETENT staff and holding each team member to the same standard. Eliminate favoritism and the expectation that underpaid staff will take on managerial duties without much more than the promise of free takeout for lunch.

COMMUNICATION and respect of each other

There is currently a lot of favoritism going on at our location within the housekeeping department. The harder working employees are given more work and the slackers are given very noticeable amount of less rooms to clean then their counter parts. We get more and no help as they get less and help.

There is no manger there when im there. If i see one they are on the way out.

communication between employees and everybody shipping and helping everybody else out regardless of your position in the company

Caring for their employees. Our lives do not revolve around this job. We do have lives outside of work. A little consideration can go a long way.
