Work life balance for employees

Addressing concerns and paying more attention to things that take place in the workplace. More overall structure and better hiring processes.

Understanding that we are not robots and that we shouldnt be talked down to

communication and need manager training, managers need to seperate friendship from work between employees and guest alike. this is a big problem at this hotel and stop hiring illegal people that work off the book 7 days a week and pay no taxes and are not in the system for payroll.

There is no manger there when im there. If i see one they are on the way out.

There is currently a lot of favoritism going on at our location within the housekeeping department. The harder working employees are given more work and the slackers are given very noticeable amount of less rooms to clean then their counter parts. We get more and no help as they get less and help.

Being CLEAR about the role of each team member/department, hiring and training COMPETENT staff and holding each team member to the same standard. Eliminate favoritism and the expectation that underpaid staff will take on managerial duties without much more than the promise of free takeout for lunch.

understanding and respecting the needs and concerns of the employees as well as respecting what they do and go through, I feel like it's not worth working.

Management and private owners need to learn how to treat people. Both guests and employees.
