What did you like most about the interview process?

The people inside human resources

Getting to know the Operations Manager who hired me and trained me, she was awdsome and it was sad that she was forced out of her position.

The General manager is not Doing the hiring process. He tells you and see how you do then I'm going to give you a raise and guess what In never happens.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Better judgement of character. Needs to be a little more strict

there was no interview. I was hired through a family member.
