Hi I have been a front desk agent ..For Holiday Inn Express almost 2 yrs..And I'm very curious first after a yr of employment I received a 50 cent raise..And last Christmas my bonus was $125+$150.. this yr it's only $125.. is this normal..
I am being accused of work place harassment I am not being given any proper opportunity to discuss my side. I am completely being railroaded. I am being told they are following IHG producer but it is obvious they are railroaded the situation.
