What are some of the best things about your team?

They are all good people and very nice

We are simply close with each one

We work together and keep each other informed, we also cover for each other if we need to, and do our jobs. We all know that everyone has a life and most of us work 2 jobs and doing all we can to make ends meet.

Everyone was hired for didferent things. We should all do what were supposed to and not worry about everyone elses buisness but our own

The ones who work with me are fine. It is the higher up that's are the problem

Staff meetings, which we never have, even after multiple employees requested one. Proper training which is never given. I had 1 night training before i was then left alone to now learn the business and system by myself.

They need to be friendlier and more positive. My coworkers talk down at me and for that reason I haven't been able to experience many positive interactions with this team of people. The environment at work is very degrading.

Clean properly and dust and you don't vacuum the floor before cleaning the room vacuum is last.. training was boring then was left for trainer break, which is the supervisor stl.try to figure out who.inspects the room after someone ncleans job can't be for.one supervisor need to have more things

Do their jobs. Show up for work. Get vaccinations. Show negative test from doctor before returning to work. No one follows those rules.

Working professionaly as a one team and stop gossiping

Stop the drama. Stop spreading misinformation and drama. Not everyone is bad but our front desk manager is easily the worst. Stop pitting front desk against housekeeping staff for drama.

Stop stealing!!!!!!!!!! From the hotel stop looking the other way steaking is unaceptable and its worse when they dont do anything about it why are your managers taking tips anyway
