Benefits are great and time off is awesome. Bonus structure is great too.

It would be nice to have a health plan that would help us instead of costing an arm and a leg

The pay is unfair, because even if you have a lot of experience in sales, you get paid the same as someone with absolutely no experience. So you tend to feel like your experience doesn't matter at all to them.

I like that I got to meet with multiple members of the executive team on the same day without having to schedule multiple emails
