Good energy and when bad comes in we try and bring more positive vibes

We get along for the most part, but it is almost like working with family
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are good strong christians who talk to us instead of yelling when there is a problem
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to have a health plan that would help us instead of costing an arm and a leg
