Better management that care about the employees that work in the factory.

Poor management, they don't care about the people in the factory that makes the products. And work with the chemicals.

They need to bring back incentives and pensions to there employees that work so hard for them. Maybe take away their big corporate bonuses, or give bonuses to the factory workers.

Need to start caring about the factory workers. It's not the same company that I started working for 25 years ago. They need to bring back the pension for all employees. We work around chemicals, that could be harmful to you. But yet they just want you to be thankful you have a job.
