What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Worst leadership I've dealt with. All they care about is numbers and not their actual employees. Will not spend any money to fix machine issues.

If some people weren't forced to work at only 85% of the pay, while others got paid 100%. Pay should be equal.

Our management team is actively trying to discourage good moral and physically and mentally beat us down with mandatory o.t. thru the week and weekends. While this is nessecary, the way it is enforced is against our contract and MORALLY WRONG.
