Recognize that we are a team within our factory. Our jobs rely on them, just as much as their jobs rely on us. We are not expendable or easily replaceable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our management team is actively trying to discourage good moral and physically and mentally beat us down with mandatory o.t. thru the week and weekends. While this is nessecary, the way it is enforced is against our contract and MORALLY WRONG.
