I always thought manager's just loved to run us ragged but my last one explained everything and showed her stress as well. It made us all closer as a team

Yes we are all disposable to them as a company, with many people desperate for a job it makes sense. But they expect you to break your back for pennies of their profit.

The solidarity. They could make a bad situation seem less so. Especially with the customers that were dying to give us a bad time, it was nice to have someone to laugh at them with.

They had us do a group interview which was basically them explaining how everything worked, taking our applications, and sending us home. After we started work thats when they started looking at who was not working out.

The owners of the company, well the owners kids that took over. They already make billions in profit and now they want more. Which means they cut the hours and our pay but expect us to work 10xs harder.
