So much. While focus on stocking our floor is vastly important, customer and employee relations are suffering. Adherence to the weekly schedule is a joke. Managment of the front end of the store is chaotic and nearly non existant. We often run out of supplies and our customers suffer due to lthis

Treating regular staff better,managers have their cliques and try to bully regular staff. When we say something they behind their manager position and cut our hours,the stress isnt worth the minimum wage and I have already began looking for employment elsewhere.

Communication is key in any work place environment and the 99 cents only stores have 0 communication skills. Whether it be from corporate to upper management or management to crew or crew to crew. It's nonexistent at best.
