Our team is hardly a team, but they are all wonderful hard working people.
Over worked under paid. Raises based on performance would be nice, rather than the yearly based increase due to min wage increase.
We are constantly short cashiers. We often have 2 tills open while lines are 20+ people deep. This is due to constant misscheduling.
So much. While focus on stocking our floor is vastly important, customer and employee relations are suffering. Adherence to the weekly schedule is a joke. Managment of the front end of the store is chaotic and nearly non existant. We often run out of supplies and our customers suffer due to lthis
