I mean it has its ups and downs like most company but for the most part it positive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is just a lot of gossip and goes around and employees that are dating other employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making a schedule, and better at making sure everything is done on time and for employees to leave on time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work my but off and do my job and others .all I ask for is at lest 2 days off it don't have to be back to back
