By being more welcoming and actually looking like you enjoy working for the company you're interviewing me for.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel no matter how hard I try because the store manager doesn't like me she cuts my hrs to assert her dominance. I feel that if the leaders of the store were passionate and ran it like a business vs retaliation for not being liked the company would thrive.
