It has been extremely difficult. From management asking to read private conversations through texts so they can cut your hrs. To being treated rudely, being ignored by management late breaks & most of all getting your work schedule at 6pm the night before the new work week begins.

My coworkers that close with me as well as the customers.

Listening to employees suggestions on how to make it run smoothly when we're short staffed.

When I do get days to work I'm happy because I love helping people and making them smile.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
By being more welcoming and actually looking like you enjoy working for the company you're interviewing me for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel no matter how hard I try because the store manager doesn't like me she cuts my hrs to assert her dominance. I feel that if the leaders of the store were passionate and ran it like a business vs retaliation for not being liked the company would thrive.
