This is tough but I'll say it's the equity, knowing that I have money being invested in the background for my future keeps me grounded.

Transparency. I truly appreciate their willingness to provide as much information to us as they can at all times, even giving small amounts of information while things are confirmed makes me feel more invested in the company.

My favorite thing about Adobe is that people truly are the center of the business. From the amazing benefits we receive, to the willingness everyone has to see each other thrive, people truly bring their best selves to work.

My team is so genuine and fun to be around. We are with these people more then half of our week days and even if there is a tough topic or project we can lean on eachother to get it done, and enjoy the time doing it.
