The communication piece is so key and the leadership team do this seamlessly. They want to make sure the teams are up to date with any changes, upcoming announcements and anything else that may be relevant.

Our team is first to jump in line to support and help others, we are very fluid in the way we work - which I love! We collaborate across countries, teams and functions and this brings the opportunity to learn from others, including their cultures!
