Our employee networks (eg: Hispanics/Latinx at Adobe, Women at Adobe) are great places to learn, grow, meet others with similar experiences. The networks are open to all. Just today I attended the Black Employee Network Leadership Summit and got to hear from our CFO!

While they have the intelligence, skills & capabilities required for leadership, what I highly value is they genuinely care about us individually and collectively. They live our values. At Adobe we say "it's not just what you do, but HOW you do it that matters".

We get a month paid sabbatical every 5 years (5 weeks at 10 yrs, 6 weeks every 5 years after that), we get two paid shutdowns a year and global days off. I love my work and what I do but it's important to take a break and rest.

We have a culture of respect, for each other, for our community and for our customers and partners. In a world that often seems so divided, I am glad I don't have to deal with that at work. I genuinely enjoy and like the people I work with.
