I have been happier at Adobe than any previous employer. I have no interest in looking for new opportunities becuase I want to keep working here as long as the quality of life, culture & job experience stays the same. Very competitive base pay and ample opportunity to meet quarterly goals to achieve max bonus. Benefits are great and extremely competitive, and the company has exhibited flexibility and adaptability in light of COVID - expanding offerings to better support employees.

The people who work here are happy to be working here with very few exceptions. Even though there are many different kinds of people with varying backgrounds, cultures, experiences, etc. - I can expect that everyone I encounter is likeminded - we all care about doing our jobs well, being good people
